I Help People and Organizations Navigate Meaningful Change
One thoughtful conversation at a time
Hi, I’m Justine. I’m a Transition Mentor and Facilitator, and the founder of True Flow Living.
I work with individuals who are searching for their next steady step as they step into and through times of transition, and with organizations that need someone to create space for the conversations that matter; where every voice needs to be heard and the dialogue needs to go somewhere real.
What I do isn’t coaching in the traditional sense. It’s closer to thought partnership. I listen deeply, ask the questions worth sitting with, and gently reflect back what you might not quite be able to see on your own. People who work with me often say they leave our conversations feeling more energized than when they arrived, and clearer about what they actually want to do next.
The Approach
Supportive without leading
My approach is grounded in deep listening and what one client described as being “supportive without leading.” That phrase has stayed with me because it captures something important about how I work.
I don’t hand you answers. I create enough space for you to hear yourself clearly, and enough structure for you to move forward with confidence. Whether you’re an individual navigating a personal or professional transition, or an organization working through a moment that requires honest, well-held dialogue, the work starts the same way. A real conversation.
Why Work With Me
What I bring to the work
20+ Years in the Room. My background spans executive operations, HR, legal, governance, and strategic C-suite partnering. I understand the importance of shining a light on the human side of organizational complexity, and I bring that to every engagement.
Deep Listening as a Practice. One CEO described my core strength as “genuine warmth and empathy, seeing the innate humanity of people.” I build high-trust relationships because I listen not just to what you’re saying, but to what you haven’t found the words for yet.
Structure That Serves. I draw on Design Thinking, organizational coaching, and facilitation practice to bring clarity and a loose structure that supports the forward flow through changes, challenges, and conversations that move the needle.

Some people come to me searching for their footing. Others are looking for their story, or just their next step. Organizations come when they need someone to hold space for the conversations that matter most, where every voice deserves to be heard and the room needs someone to guide it with care. Wherever you’re starting from, I’d love to connect.
